Following is a list of frequently asked questions. Please read through and hopefully you'll find an answer to your question. If you don't, please contact us through Customer Support.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
  1. I forgot my Member ID / Password.
  1. The default member ID is first initial last name with no space, hyphen or any special character and password is your first name all in lowercase with no spaces.

    Example:  Jane Smith
    Member ID:  jsmith
    Password:  jsmith or jane


  2. If you don't remember your password use "Forgot Password" link, located on the side menu, to reset your password.
  2. My Member ID and password does not work.

  3. How can I reset my password?
  1. You can change your password by going into "My Information", located on the left side menu after signing in.
  2. If you don't remember your password use "Forgot Password" link, located on the side menu, to reset your password.
  3. If you still have problem in sign-in please contact us at 316-978-5398.
  4. I can't find my certificate.
  1. Click "Profile" icon, located on the top menu.
  2. At the bottom half of the page you will see Online and Event Training Information.
  3. Under the "E-CERT" column click "Print" to view / print your certificate.
    1. If "Print" is not available then either no certificate is available or that training is not completed.
  5. I can't apply for training that I want.
  1. All event trainings are open for application 8 weeks prior to training date and are closed 3 weeks before the training date.
  2. If you don't see any "Apply by" link for the training that you want to apply then, it's not open for application yet or it's closed for application.
  6. I don't know if I am on the Roster for the training that I applied for.
  1. Click "Event Training" on the left side menu.
  2. On the "EVENT TRAINING" table, under column "ROSTER" you will see a "R" icon.
  3. Click "R" icon to see the attendee of that training. If you don't see your name on the list, then you are not an attendee of that training.
  4. If you have any questions, please call 316-978-5419.
  7. I can't start an online training.
  1. Hold down the control key as you click on "Launch Training" to override the pop-up blocker, if any.
  2. Download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. Close all the browsers before starting online training again.
  3. Contact us at 316-978-5398 and we'll assist you.
  8. What are the technical requirements to start an online training.
